SISTEMAS DE FABRICACIÓN SAFI, S.L. was established at the end of 1992 with the aim of providing the agricultural machinery manufacturing market, within the olive oil sector, with a new philosophy based on the idea of intervening decisively in the development and production process of one of the most highly prized products in the world and a basic component of the Mediterranean diet: “olive oil”.
Our company begins the process of designing and producing machinery for cleaning and washing olives, eliminating any impurities that they may carry in one way or another, and therefore raising the final quality level of the product to levels that are unbeatable.

CERTIFIED BY OFFICIAL BODIES
In order to establish ourselves with full guarantees in the market, in 1995 we created an R&D department that puts the latest technologies into practice, with exhaustive quality control and applying CE regulations. Obtaining the UNE-ISO 9001 quality certification with the advice of Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance, a consultant accredited by ENAC.
Later on, the need arises to incorporate into our products another element that is part of the whole process of receiving olives in the mills: THE WEIGHING.

CUSTOM SCALES
It is then when we undertake the manufacture of scales, obtaining the Metrological Control Certificate, granted by the Ministry of Innovation, Science and Business of the Andalusian Government, for the “Manufacture, Marketing and Repair of Scales”.
Currently we have scales and weight indicators of our own manufacture and with their corresponding legal metrology certificates, issued by the CEM (Spanish Metrology Center). We also have the Module D certificate for the commissioning of our scales.
Maximum quality
FOR SMALL AND LARGE FARMERS
Thanks to the variety of models and / or products that we currently manufacture, we have managed to get into all kinds of oil mills; (large and small productions) whose objective is to obtain a maximum quality oil, which is usually accompanied by a special design seal that requires the best materials and finishes.
As for our international projection, we bet from our beginnings to enter all those markets with great potential in the sector.

In 1998, and after learning of the existence of the Internationalization Program for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (PIPE) through the Ministry of Foreign Trade of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Navigation of Granada, we decided to participate in this program, acquiring the commitment to continuously attend the training seminars given by said body.
As a result of this initiative, in the year 2000 the Granada Chamber of Commerce distinguished us with the EXPORT AWARD, thus recognizing the effort made in this area, which has led to our facilities being present in more than a dozen countries (Portugal , France, Morocco, Italy, Tunisia, Australia, Greece, USA, Argentina, Chile, South Africa, Algeria, Saudi Arabia and Israel).
Two decades of experience have made us a leading company, both for our design and technology and for the excellent after-sales service.
